While at BEA, I managed to get a duplicate copy of a few books. This was either because the publishers had extra copies left, I grabbed one at a drop only to realize I did have time to make the signing for it, etc. Also sometimes a friend decided they didn't want one of theirs or I decided I didn't want one of mine as badly as I thought.
